I went to the game and it was kinda fun. I went to the Monday nighter in Minneysoda and it was kinda fun. I made it home and that was barely tolerable. I think that fits. LOL

Well, I planned on just going up gathering huckleberries and wood for the winter. I instead on friday before gathering wood, got offered a job on the spot in the mountains for 2 weeks or more. Ended up being about 2 weeks and a day or so. Part of weekends off and had a day off to get meds from home. Contractor had a bridge to build and needed a hand asap...I was available and hired. Camped in a tentcot http://www.cabelas.com/product/Cabelas-Deluxe-Tent-Cot-Single/1591313.uts That I had purchased a while back. It worked ok and I got enough food downtown and more clothes so I could handle the workload. I ended up getting 3 loads of wood so can handle winter activities...but want one more. Greed is good. I also fixed a few other things like a shower for a friend and drank beer after work. I road my quad to work and back to camp every morning and saw 5 elk cows one morning. Just a little fun.

I agree with all these posts. I think there was a little bit of rust on all the players, but they worked thru it and clearly were looking for a full time job.

My brother plays and did well last season. Had to send the information my way as they dont do that information thing in Washing ton state. I do not play as I dont really have the time or the inclination to spend the time doing such. I have other interests in the summer and fall besides sticking my head in a bunch of advertisements about football.

Unfortunately all tix are taken. And I still had no plans on going. I have too much work to do here at home. Or that is my story and I am sticking to it.

@zeb-stark Not yet buddy. Escaped so far. Not sure, but looks like a badger or a lot of gophers are in one area next door. It is ok. I am slower but can get to my quad pretty quick. LOL

@sammyc521 said in Who will be the Seahawks leading rusher this season?:

Two seasons with multiple injuries has Rawls banging on the "injury prone" label along with Prosise.

The fact that none of them will be getting reps like a featured back may help keep them fresher. Or hope it will at least.

The team messed up there in the second injury. He was not at 100%...only 80 or less. It was a splash and nice to see for morale purposes but not effective in the long run. I dont believe he was in football shape all the way too. Hence the second injury. I like his elusiveness and willingness to attack defenders as well.
I think Collins will make a bigger splash this season than last year. He does have the qualities needed to make a great running back. He showed that in the last few games last season. Lacy with Rawls and Collins makes for some really bad days for the defenses. Go Hawks.
