Happy at halftime 14 -10 Seahawks. Defense has been tough. Dion Jordan has made his presence felt more than once. Still sketched out because Delano Hill is playing. Nice fumble recovery but I just haven't seen anything from that guy to make me feel confident about him being out there. Hopefully he's putting some good stuff on film tonight.

I still think this is going to come down to Russell Wilson coming up with some big, big plays to win.

    So far, so good...

    14-10 Seahawks!

2 min. warning now. If we can score here we get the ball first the 2nd half. Could really change the complexion of the game in our favor. Big 2 minute offense right here!

So any way a QB slides be it legs first or head first, it will be called down wherever the slide started? I thought QB was fair game to hit if he slid head first?

Not a fan of Quarter 2 thus far....

1st Q over. ANOTHER friggin missed field goal!! However our D is a bit more stingy than I thought they'd be. Nice to see. I'm still expecting a KC offensive explosion here soon...

Three and out for the Chiefs then a long drive for a touchdown for the Hawks!! Just as I thought it would happen!!

Ok.... right from the get go that Sunday Night "Game On" song went on way too long. I'm very much in a mood to protect my delicate feelers from the pain of a home loss. Totally not expecting a win.

....but wanting one oh so badly....

Ok. The latest from Coach Carroll is that Tedrick is out but he expects McDougle and Quill Griffin to play. That takes the doom out of my brain but not all the apprehension.

I'm not clear apparently on the playoffs thing. I thought we needed an NFC win and we're in? So is winning against the Chefs neither here nor there?

Russell Wilson has had a good year statistically. The TD's to Picks ratio is really good. But I think Russ not running like he used to is kinda tempering my expectation as to just heroic he can be. This team has thrived in large part because of Russ's big plays in big moments and he just hasn't really had those this season. His most memorable plays have been taking bad sacks or head-scratching throws. I don't really believe the defense can hold down the score low enough for the offense to win the game.

Without heroic Russ, Chefs win, 38-24. With Russ of old? Seahawks win, 41-38.

Its all on Russ this weekend.

    We're toast.

Our secondary is not good and our safeties have been out of practice this week. Dion Jordan looks to play but how is Frank Clark going to be? More thoughts later!!
